Slowly, I learned that in this lifetime, people must be able to withstand lies, endure perfunctory, endure deception, and forget their promises. Slowly I learned: persistence is not necessarily victory, giving up is not necessarily conceding defeat, rather than hitting the wall gorgeously, it is better to turn around gracefully.
