At the closing meeting held later, Lin Hongyu, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; Huo Yuanyuan, newly elected chairman of the 14th CPPCC Municipal Committee; Xie Chenghai, Li Liangpin, Ban Bo, Li Kexue, Zhan Xin, Zhang Honglei, Dong Xuechen, Li Jing, secretary general Xu Xinghua; and Zhang Jimin, chairman of the 13th CPPCC Municipal Committee, sat in the front row of the rostrum.

Yu Yongsheng, Liu Chengwen, Zhou Hong, Chen Chenghua, Zhang Guozhou, Dong Bo, Wang Hongwei, Wang Chunhe, Wang Hongqi, Dong Bing, and Gao Yonggan attended the closing ceremony.

The closing meeting was presided over by Huo Yuanyuan. The meeting first adopted the political resolution of the first meeting of the 14th Jining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the 13th Jining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the resolution on the proposal work report of the Standing Committee of the 13th Jining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the resolution of the first meeting of the 14th Jining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on the implementation of the 2021 consultation work plan of the 13th Jining Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the proposal for the arrangement of the consultation work plan for 2022.
