The story begins with director Liu Xiangchen and an old Tajik man, Wushour Nyaz.
It all started in 1996, when director Liu Xiangchen first reached the eastern edge of the Pamir Plateau. During the filming of his first documentary, The Sun Clan, he met the family of the elderly Uzur Nyaz on the plateau and formed a deep affection.
In 2013, director Liu Xiangchen filmed and completed the last large-scale documentary related to the Pamir Plateau.
On the occasion of parting, he and his old father, Wushour Nyaz, agreed to see each other again, and the old man said to him, "I will always watch the intersection where you come." ”
Unfortunately, in 2015, the elderly Wushour Nyaz left forever, and director Liu Xiangchen failed to catch up with the old man's funeral.
According to the agreement, in 2019, director Liu Xiangchen took his daughter and the two great-grandsons of the elderly Wushour Nyaz to the Pamir Plateau again and arrived at the intersection agreed with the old man - Qiao Geri.

Glaciers have magnificent and rare ice Tallinns, ice mushrooms, ice bridges and other glacier forms, which are strange and beautiful; there are ice cliffs up to tens of meters high, light and dark ice cracks in step traps, and unfathomable ice lakes.
Even with such a dangerous glacier, there are countless people who fall for it. The broken ice gap emits a faint blue light, the ice waterfall falling from the sky shimmers silver in the sun, and the melting glacial water is like a scattered pearl "ticking, ticking", falling into the frozen lake.

As with the Western Heavenly Scriptures, the last difficulty of the trip is to climb to the foot of Jogri Peak and take a panoramic view.
