Among them, at the torch relay ceremony of this Winter Olympic Games, the figure of a Fujian person attracted the attention of his father and fellow villagers, he was the No. 32 torchbearer Fan Di'an. As the president of the China Artists Association and the president of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Fan Di'an also has a special status, that is, the academic director of the Public Art Committee of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Show off team designs during a torch relay

On February 4, the torch of the Beijing Winter Olympics was relayed at the Summer Palace, with a total distance of 6.182 kilometers, completed by 97 torchbearers.

Dressed in uniforms with a white background and red and yellow colors, the torchbearers walked through the lakes and waters, cultural relics and monuments, showing the charm of the world cultural heritage and the olympic spirit.

Van Diean was the No. 32 torchbearer, and during the pass, he also talked about his team's feelings about participating in the design of the Winter Olympics. "The emblems, medals, award dresses, large landscape graphics, opening ceremony podium designs of the Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, etc., were designed by the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The artistic design of the Winter Olympic Games combines the connotation of traditional Chinese culture with the Olympic spirit, and expresses it in a modern way, showing the world the self-confidence of Chinese culture. Van Dean said.

It is reported that in the preparation process of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Fan Di'an also participated in the selection of important Winter Olympic elements such as emblems, torches, and award dresses as an expert, and played an important role.

Kudos to Fuzhou's urban planning

Fan Di'an is full of feelings for his hometown, and before participating in the Winter Olympic Torch Relay, he specially returned to Fuzhou for the Spring Festival and felt the rapid changes in Fuzhou City. Over the years, he has been paying attention to "Fu culture".

He said that the construction of Fudao Road, the investment in the public environment such as parks and green belts along the river, and the opening up of the Wushan Historical Landscape Area and the Yantaishan Historical and Cultural Landscape Area have enabled the "blessed state" to be implemented at the material and spiritual levels.

He especially praised the planning and construction of Fuzhou city in recent years. Fan Di'an believes that Fuzhou, in line with the concept of "drawing a blueprint to the end", forms an urban development layout around the natural and humanistic texture of "three mountains and two rivers", which not only shows the modern sense of urban construction, but also creates a unique urban ecological environment, which is unique in the construction of provincial capital cities across the country. It can be said that the organic integration of habitable places, feasible ways and observable scenery makes Fuzhou city full of vitality.

"In my opinion, the connotation of 'blessed state' is very rich, which is a concrete embodiment of the people-centered urban construction and development concept, and is the urban construction and development goal that meets the people's high-quality life needs." A 'blessing' word includes not only the 'blessings' of material life that are constantly improving the level of clothing, food, housing, and transportation, but also the 'blessings' of spiritual nourishment such as green ecology, fresh air, and cultural life. Suggestions for Fuzhou aesthetic education

As a Native of Fujian, Fan Di'an has also been studying how to introduce Fuzhou's rich Historical Heritage of Minpai architecture into a path of creative transformation and innovative development. He said that the time Huirong saw a number of buildings and layouts in the Yantaishan Historical and Cultural Landscape Area, it was well combined in maintaining the historical architectural style and adapting to contemporary requirements, and because of this, it has become a popular Internet celebrity punch card place for citizens, especially young people. He hoped that the transformation of the old town and old neighborhood of Fuzhou City would produce more style areas that reflected the old tradition of Fujian architecture and the modern tradition.

"In terms of urban architectural design, Fuzhou should further study the typical elements of traditional architectural language and integrate them naturally and organically into modern architectural design." Fan Dean said that at present, Fuzhou City is building a new art museum in the Liangcuo area of Sanjiangkou, and he looks forward to increasing investment in the construction of the art museum, because the art museum is a cultural temple for preserving and displaying excellent fine art works, and it is also a beauty education garden that is particularly needed in today's society.

Fan Di'an said that as far as visual art is concerned, at present, there are many new urban landscapes along the two rivers in Fuzhou to the estuary, many new buildings and new bridges can be seen, but there is still a lack of public art works with the theme of Minhai, it is recommended to organize urban sculptures and public art creation collection activities in this regard, while giving full play to the geographical advantages of economy and foreign trade, giving full play to the regional characteristics of Minhai culture, and making new contributions to the construction of the "Belt and Road".
