Li Ang, secretary of the Youth League Committee and counselor of the special education school in Dongcheng District, Beijing, has served as a special teacher for 12 years, helping the growth of many children with disabilities. The torch relay route of the day starts from the "Sound of Spring" sculpture and passes through the west side road of the apartment building of the Cultural and Sports Guidance Center for the Disabled, the north side road of the ice hockey curling hall, the east side road of the apartment building, and the north side of the Cultural and Sports Guidance Center for the Disabled, until the "Sound of Spring" sculpture.

Beijing Cultural and Sports Guidance Center for the Disabled is located in Daxing District, south of the capital. Daxing District is the location of the new airport in the capital, south of Xiong'an New Area, serving Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, not only a new regional artery connecting the capital's "one core and two wings", but also a new national gate connecting the capital and the whole country, China and the world.

The first torchbearer here is para track and field athlete Zhou Xia, who won the gold medal in the women's 100 meters and the gold medal in the 200 meters at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, and broke the world record, the Tokyo Paralympic Games women's 100 meters gold medal broke the world record, and the 200 meters gold medal broke the world record.
The National Training Base of China Sports Management Center for the Disabled (formerly the China Paralympic Sports Management Center) is the world's largest comprehensive sports training base for the disabled. Also holding the torchbearers are Lu Dong, who won gold medals at the 2012 London Paralympic Games and four gold medals at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in the paralympic swimming event; Bian Jing, a disabled wheelchair fencer who won the women's Sabre A individual championship, the women's epee A individual third place, and the women's epee team championship at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games; and the disabled weightlifter Tan Yujiao.
Zhi Chunli, chairman of the Haidian District Association for the Deaf, Wei Jingyang, leader and soloist of the China Disabled Arts Troupe, Zhang Shundong, a villager of the Basho Group in Pingzi Village, Wulong Town, Dongchuan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and Liu Jinyuan, general manager of Guiyuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. of Bobai County, also served as torchbearers here.

In the process of torch relay in Shougang Park, the scientific and technological characteristics of the Winter Olympics are reflected, showing the scene of the disabled using the upper and lower limbs to help the exoskeleton robot to pass the torch, and the two torchbearers will use the upper limbs and lower limbs to help the exoskeleton to pass the torch.
It is understood that the upper limb disabled torchbearer congenitally missing right forearm, the use of upper limb to assist the exoskeleton equipment after 9 months of adaptation training, can achieve the autonomous grasp function, will hold the torch for transmission; another lower limb paraplegic torchbearer, the use of lower limbs to help the exoskeleton equipment after 5 months of adaptation training, can achieve upright walking to pass the torch.
The headquarters of the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee is located at the northern end of Shougang Park. New Shougang high-end industry comprehensive service area (referred to as "Shougang Park" is located in Shijingshan District, Beijing, in 2015, Beijing won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics, with the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee settled in Shougang Park, iron ore storage silos for the Olympic Organizing Committee office space, blast furnaces became training centers, ski jumping venues were built next to the cooling tower, here not only witnessed the voice of shougang plant area, but also bred the dream of The Winter Olympics of Chinese sports.
Jiang Jinyu, who served as the torchbearer here, is a docent in the Winter Olympic Property Division of Beijing Shougang Park Integrated Service Co., Ltd., a former roller worker who is now praised by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee as a "docent who can't be asked". Liu Yukun, the champion of the 1992 Barcelona Paralympic Games and a member of the Beijing Winter Olympics Propaganda Team, Peng Yuanyuan, coach of the Beijing Paralympic Cross-Country Skiing Team, and Yang Shuting, general manager of Hunan Qiqi Technology Co., Ltd., also served as torchbearers here.
