Zhao Mengfu (1254-1322), also known as Zi Ang, Song Xue and ShuijingGong Daoist, was the eleventh grandson of Zhao Kuangyin, the grandfather of the Song Dynasty. Yuan Shiguan to Hanlin Scholar undertook the will and was given the title of Duke of Wei. He is one of the most prominent painters of the Yuan Dynasty and one of the most outstanding calligraphers, and has a wide influence in the history of Chinese painting and calligraphy.
