Gu Ailing and Su Yiming bravely won the gold and silver medals of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and were encouraged by the feats of two "post-00s" teenagers, Ding Jianqiang, chairman of the Zhangjiakou Calligraphers Association, picked up a carving knife and a printing stone, and improvised a medal for Su Yiming and Gu Ailing, two young heroes, to celebrate the victory for the two with classic Chinese traditional culture.
Ding Jianqiang engraved the names of Su Yiming and Gu Ailing on the red and white printing surface, and carved the side of their respective award-winning projects on the side of the printing stone. Through the traditional art of seals, he wanted to interpret the passionate mood of the people after they won medals at the Winter Olympics. It also shows the people of Zhangjiakou spreading the Olympic spirit and praising the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics through traditional Chinese seals.
