The Beijing Winter Paralympic Torch Relay Media Briefing was held on March 1 at the Main Media Center, at which the relevant arrangements for the Winter Paralympic Torch Relay were introduced. The Beijing Winter Paralympic Torch Relay was held from March 2 to 4 in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou, and was divided into three parts: tinder collection, tinder collection and torch relay.

According to Xu Zhijun, deputy secretary-general of the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee and director of the torch relay special team of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, on March 2, a fire collection ceremony will be held in eight fire collection sites in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou, collecting the "Fire of Light" at the Beijing School for the Blind, the "Fire of Mutual Assistance" at the Warm Home of Wangjing Street, the "Fire of Hope" in the Chinese Braille Library, the "Fire of The Source Stream" at the Grand Canal Shipping Terminal, and the "Fire of Peace" at the Badaling Ancient Great Wall. Collect the "Fire of 'Hydrogen' Cleanliness" in Zhangjiakou Chuangba Park, the "Fire of Civilization" in the Yellow Emperor City, and the "Fire of Xia'ao" in the Temple of Heaven Park. After each tinder collection, no more than 20 sticks of urban tinder torches will be passed at the collection site.
On the afternoon of March 2, a tinder collection ceremony will be held in the Temple of Heaven Park, where eight tinders collected in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou, together with a total of 9 tinders collected in Mandeville, England, the birthplace of the Paralympic Games, will be gathered to form the official tinder of the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games. After the fire collection ceremony, torch relays will continue in the Temple of Heaven Park, which is themed "Nine Heavenly Fires".
In Zhangjiakou Area, starting from the morning of March 3, the torch relay activities will be held in Zhangjiakou Citizen Square with the theme of "Chasing Dreams of the Winter Olympics", Chongli Taiwu Ski Resort with the theme of "Dancing Snow Rhyme", Nuanquan Ancient Town in Weixian County with the theme of "New Posture of Ancient Town" and Huailai Guanting Reservoir Wetland Park with the theme of "Green Ecology".

The torch relay in Yanqing Will be held on March 3 at the Beijing World Garden Park with the theme of "Gardens of All Nations". On the afternoon of the same day, the torch will also be passed in a closed loop in the South Park of the Olympic Forest Park. More than 20 torchbearers from the IPC family will complete the relay.
On March 4, the torch will be passed on at the Beijing Municipal Cultural and Sports Guidance Center for the Disabled with the theme of "Self-Improvement", the China Sports Management Center for the Disabled with the theme of "The Road to Pursuing Dreams", and the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee with the theme of "Winter Olympic Home".
