After careful study, why did the driving school's vehicle start smoothly, and why did the newly purchased car become the biggest problem? Driving school vehicles are specially adjusted, the engine in the idle speed, its idle speed is very high, the output torque of the engine is also very large, the owner no matter how to loosen the throttle, the engine is not easy to turn off, which is also the driving school for the students and special settings. Manually drive the vehicle and master the essence of "start control"
First slowly loosen the clutch, wait for the clutch semi-linkage position to stay for 1s, while slowly pressing the accelerator pedal, the engine speed increases to about 1800 ~ 2000rpm, and after the speed is increased, release the clutch. According to this method, I repeated the practice, after experiencing more than 50 times of starting to turn off, I mastered the essentials, the most difficult of which is to find the clutch semi-linkage point, after all, "mastering the clutch semi-linkage point" is the key to controlling the engine not to turn off. The car clutch loosens too quickly, there is no transition at the semi-linkage point position, because the speed is too low, the engine will be directly dragged to the flameout; if the owner does not step on the accelerator pedal at the semi-linkage point position, the engine speed will be forced to rise very high (3000 ~ 4000rpm) because of the low load.
Each different vehicle, the clutch semi-linkage point position is different, the owner can find a semi-linkage point of their own vehicle. First of all, keep the engine idle, the clutch step to the end, hang 1 gear, the owner slowly releases the clutch, when the engine speed fluctuates, when the vehicle has a slight jitter position, this is the semi-linkage of the clutch, the owner operates back and forth several times, forming muscle memory, you can skillfully find the clutch semi-linkage point.
For novices, we must find the clutch semi-linkage point, when starting to accelerate, the clutch stays at the semi-linkage point position for a little longer, after the speed of the vehicle is increased, the engine output speed and the transmission input speed difference are reduced to a certain value, and the owner releases the clutch, at this time, the engine will not turn off. Although this driving method is a bit of a waste of clutch assemblies, it will never cause the engine to have abnormal shutdown, abnormal body shake and other bad phenomena.
