"Owner: The same problem appears twice, but it is actually for different reasons?"

Mr. Fan said that the 4S shop maintenance staff upgraded the vehicle system, and the steering wheel returned to normal after the upgrade. After that, Mr. Fan drove for nearly a year, until a month before the New Year this year, the steering wheel jam appeared again, and this time it was on the way to high speed, which made Mr. Fan break out in a cold sweat.
In order to understand the reasons for the repeated stuck steering wheels, Mr. Fan called the 4s shop again, and the maintenance personnel said that they would consult with the manufacturer before giving specific advice. Mr. Fan did not have any problems, he could only wait patiently, who knew that there would be no echo of this wait.
The special search reporter searched on the Internet and found that many car owners also reflected that the Steering Wheel of beijing Hyundai Led Car was stuck, but they could not find the specific reason. After that, the special search reporter also called the Beijing Hyundai Luxin 4s store, and the maintenance staff said that the Hyundai automobile manufacturers have given a solution: as long as the grease on the car can solve the problem.
For such a solution, Mr. Fan said that it was unacceptable. Mr. Fan told the special search reporter that his vehicle had had two such problems before and after, but each time the solution was inconsistent, and he suspected that the vehicle might have design defects. In response to Mr. Fan's questioning, the special search reporter also contacted Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, and the staff said that they would reflect the relevant situation to the company.
At present, Beijing Hyundai Luxin 4s store is willing to continue to overhaul the problem of Mr. Fan's vehicle, hoping to find a solution to the problem from the source.
If it is later determined that the vehicle itself is defective, how should the owner protect his rights and interests? On this issue, we also interviewed Wang Dan, a lawyer at Beijing Runlang Law Firm.
Lawyer Wang Dan believes that if Mr. Fan's statement is true, the modern leading car suddenly appeared in the steering wheel caton problem twice during the driving, which has potentially serious safety risks to its person and property. Then, according to Article 43 of the current Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, "if the defective product causes damage to the person or the property of others, the victim may claim compensation from the producer of the product or the seller of the product." Combined with this case, if it is identified that the reason why Mr. Fan Modern leads the steering wheel of the car is that there is a product quality problem in the car and the parts of the car itself, Mr. Fan has the right to require the 4s store and the modern manufacturer to bear the corresponding legal liabilities such as repair, replacement and return of the car in accordance with the product quality law, the consumer rights and interests protection law and other laws, administrative regulations and relevant national provisions and contractual agreements.
