Vehicles within the scope of this recall may not have enough clamp clamping force or incorrect position during the assembly of the gearbox cooling tubing assembly, and in the long-term use of the vehicle, the transmission cooling tube may fall off, the transmission oil leakage, fault light is on, and extreme situations may cause the transmission power transmission of the gearbox to be interrupted, and there are safety hazards.
Chery said that it will replace and reassemble the transmission cooling tubing for free for this part of the Arrizo 5 car within the scope of the recall to eliminate the safety hazard.
Chery Automobile will also recall 24,750 Tiggo 7 vehicles of the CVT 19 gearbox produced from May 9, 2016 to December 30, 2018.
It is reported that the transmission cooling tubing of the vehicle within the scope of this recall is insufficient due to structural design reasons, there is a risk of cracking and oil leakage, there will be transmission oil leakage, fault light on the phenomenon, in extreme cases may cause transmission interruption of transmission power transmission, there are safety hazards.
