In addition, Xi'an BYD Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Changsha BYD Automobile Co., Ltd.
It is worth noting that earlier, BYD and Momenta held a joint venture company unveiling ceremony in Shenzhen, and officially announced the establishment of "Shenzhen Dipai Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd."
