The beautiful teacher Ma Hei re-washed through this process from ordinary to unusual to ordinary.
In 2016, Ma Hei, who graduated from the preschool education major, gave up the stable job of the county town and became a counselor of "one village and one child" in the three gorges new village of Machuha in Leibo County.
She also remembers that at that time, the counselors at the preschool education center basically communicated with the children in Yi. When she walked into this preschool site, the children looked at her silly and did not speak. It was as if she was speaking Mandarin as an alien visitor.
In Ma Hei's eyes, these children who could not understand and could not speak Mandarin were like angels with broken wings, who could only bury all their curiosity about the world in their hearts.
In order to give children wings to fly, as early as October 2015, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture began to implement the "one village, one child" policy, taking the lead in implementing 15 years of compulsory education throughout the country. In July 2018, the former Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Education launched the pilot project of "preschool learning Mandarin" in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and expanded to "two counties and one district" in Leshan City in 2019.
Ma Hei recalled that he was ready to give up the job, "After returning home and seeing my two children, I felt that those children needed their own help, so I chose to stick with it." ”

In 1996, Dink became a substitute teacher at Horse Neck Village Primary School. Through participating in training and self-study, in 2016, he became a counselor at the "one village, one child" teaching point in Ma Neck Village, Ten Million Guan Township, Lei Bo County.
"When I first became a substitute teacher, my monthly salary was only 30 yuan, the school conditions were very poor, every time it was windy and rainy, the classroom would leak, and I also carried my own tiles to repair."
