Bai Rubing was born in 1912, a native of Shaanxi, and when he was a teenager, he set a grand dream to contribute to the development of the motherland. At that time, the factory conditions were relatively difficult, a large factory, but only three tables where they could eat. The military deputies, remembering that he was a high-ranking administrative official, had prepared a meal for him in advance, cleaned up and put it on the table, while the other workers could only squat on the ground to eat. Bai Rubing saw it and did not want to put himself on the official shelf and eat alone at the table. At first, he just asked the other workers to eat with a pleasant face, but after seeing that everyone did not dare to move, he simply picked up his rice bowl and squatted on the ground to eat like the workers. While eating, while talking to the workers, approachable like an ordinary person.
When the military deputies saw it, they deeply felt that they had not entertained Bai Rubing well, so he thought about it again and again, and proposed to prepare a small single room for Bai Rubing so that he could eat at the table. Bai Rubing listened, not happy, but a little angry.
