In order to improve the quality of training, the school follows the law of adolescent growth, from 30 minutes of continuous walking at a constant speed, 12 minutes of variable speed running, to running with high legs, running sideways, running backwards, and then to holding the head squat, frog jumping, and running with 300 meters of weights, the school gradually increases the training volume and training intensity, so as to avoid the occurrence of safety problems caused by overload training. "When I first started training, I often fell behind in long-distance running, but after three weeks of training, now that I can fully keep up with the team, I am confident that I can complete the whole journey. In addition, Hongwen Middle School used the theme class meeting to mobilize and publicize, organize students to understand the history of the liberation of Ningxia and the battle of Renshanhe, improve students' enthusiasm and enhance collective cohesion. Yin Wanxiang, the person in charge of the tomb sweeping activity of Renshan River of Hongwen Middle School, said that before March 30, the school will work with the staff of the parent committee to check the road conditions along the way, repair the damaged roads, fully understand the various conditions on the road, eliminate potential safety hazards, further improve the emergency plan, and ensure the smooth progress of the event in an all-round way.
