On behalf of the Shanghai Critics Troupe on the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Shanghai Xiqu Art Center, I would like to extend my warm congratulations to Shanghai Xiqu Art Center.

Ten years ago, the Shanghai Xiqu Art Center was established. Under the strong leadership of the center, each academy and troupe gave full play to their respective advantages, realized complementary resources, complemented each other, achieved countless good results, and gradually built into a professional opera art team and led the benchmark for the high-quality development of opera art.

In the past ten years, the Shanghai Critics Troupe has given full play to the role of "literary and artistic light cavalry", and the long classics have been comprehensively inherited and developed. Moreover, the classic novella bombs have been systematically straightened out, such as "The Orphan of Zhao", "Wang Xiaohe", etc., and have also grasped the incubation of realistic theme works, and created "Four Beauties", "Lin Huiyin", "Gao Bowen Says Flowers", and the original commentary drama "Medical Saint" that conform to the urban aesthetic; and combined with the centenary of the founding of the party, the original novella commentary bomb "Chu Xin" and "War Without Gun Smoke" were launched, constantly promoting traditional culture, carrying forward the spirit of patriotism, dedicating the people with fine products, leading the fashion with Mingde, and "out of the people, out of the book, and on the right path" will be "out of the people, out of the book, and on the right path" Follow through.

In March 2021, the Shanghai Critics Troupe tried to use the method of collective creation to modify and rehearse the novella "Wang Xiaohe", and debuted in the "Red Classic Repertoire Exhibition Season Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" with a new lineup. On the basis of rearranging the script, the original four times of the last 3 hours of content were adjusted to a wedge plus three times a book, focusing more on the main line of the characters. The performance lineup gathers the young and middle-aged forces of the Shanghai Bomb Critics Troupe, led by me and first-class actor Huang Haihua, among whom the youngest "post-00s" actors Ji Yiyang and Lin Yuchen are similar to the age of Wang Xiaohe and the martyrs. During the rehearsal, all the members of the crew went to the Longhua Martyrs' Cemetery and other exhibition sites of Wang Xiao and the martyrs' historical materials to learn the revolutionary deeds of the martyrs. The crew also specially invited Wang Xiao and wang Peimin, the daughter of the martyr, to tell the magnificent and warm life of their father, injecting a heavy texture into the actors' heroic characters. While retaining classic repertoire such as "The Party's Ding-Da" and "Writing a Suicide Note", the creators have also simplified and sorted out the works in combination with the context and appreciation habits of contemporary people. After a while, this commentary work, which has left a red memory for old audiences, once again leads young audiences to relive the power of the turbulent times.

Over the past ten years, Shanghai Xiqu Art Center has continuously explored the creation of performance brands and expanded the influence of traditional culture. In the past ten years, all the academies and troupes have taken shouzheng innovation and bacon casting the soul as their mission, taken inheritance and development as the direction, continuously improved the originality of traditional culture, and strived to give full play to the combat effectiveness of the talent team, and through various platforms such as the annual summer training, the construction of the martial arts exhibition of young and middle-aged opera actors in the Yangtze River Delta region such as the oriental rhyme, the Liyuan Wuhui Yangtze River Delta region, and the "Joint Special Exhibition of Shanghai Opera and Pingtan", they have focused on creating "composite talents with both virtue and art" and consolidating the construction of talent echelons.
