Wang Dandan, who joined the financial work after graduating from university in 2001, joined the Ningbo Branch of Industrial Bank in 2007 and worked in the personal financial business position for 16 years until 2017, when he worked in the Legal and Compliance Department of industrial bank Ningbo Branch.

In Wang Dandan's view, mediation work is an "art" of dispute resolution. He said that to take over a financial dispute, we must first calm down, fully understand the process of the dispute, find the focus of contradictions and disputes, especially to clearly understand the entire process of the dispute from the generation to the final formation of the complaint, from the two sides of the complaint to understand each other, mutual verification.

As a mediator appointed by the association, Wang Dandan insists on empathy in his work, fully listens to the statements of the parties, handles the problem from a relatively independent perspective, and finally reaches a dispute mediation, reducing the litigation cost of financial dispute cases.
