In 2021, Shen Qiqi applied to the Natural Resources Rights Confirmation Registration and Contradiction Mediation Center in Lengshuitan District to mediate the dispute over the ownership of mountain forests. After accepting the case in accordance with the law, the mediation center conducts in-depth on-site investigation and investigation, verifies the relevant evidence and materials submitted by the parties, and reports to the people's government of Lengshuitan District to make a decision on the handling of the dispute over the ownership of mountains and forests in accordance with the law, and the other party is dissatisfied with the handling decision. Recently, after trial by the Municipal Intermediate People's Court and the Provincial High Court, the decision made by the People's Government of Lengshuitan District was finally upheld.

In view of the frequent disputes over the ownership of mountains and forests in the whole region, the Natural Resources Bureau of Lengshui Difficult District established a natural resources confirmation and contradiction mediation center in 2021. In the past year, it has successfully mediated 8 cases of disputes over the ownership of mountains and forests, actively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the masses, and played a positive role in the social stability of the whole region.
