On the eve of the Spring Festival, in order to make the people in need warm for the winter and peaceful festival, on January 19, the Red Cross Society of Xiyan Community and the Urban Area carried out the "Fraternity and Love to Ten Thousand Families" warmth activity in Hengtai Square, sending "warm boxes" to the hands of the people in need and sending New Year blessings, so that they can truly feel the care of the party and the government and the warmth of the social family.
At the event site, Red Cross volunteers carried out emergency care training, and explained and practiced the rescue of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, common emergencies and sudden illnesses. "To carry out rescue under the premise of ensuring their own safety, rescue must be scientific and safe." In the on-site demonstration session, everyone carefully practiced in accordance with the operation requirements, asked questions on the spot where they were confused, corrected on the spot where they were not standardized, and quickly grasped the essentials of action.
This training improved the safety awareness of residents in the jurisdiction, improved the residents' emergency rescue and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities in response to emergencies and accidental injuries, and after the training, volunteers also distributed more than 120 copies of emergency care training textbooks to the on-site masses.
