Si ji Lou is located in the Cave Village of Changqiao Town. Qianlong was built by the Fang clan in the thirty-third year of the Qing Dynasty. The building is round and double-circled.
The second floor of the inner circle, with a diameter of 24 meters, the height of the wall is 8 meters, the thickness of the bottom layer is 1 meter, and it is gradually divided upwards, the bottom layer is constructed of strip stone, there is no window, the second floor is built with triad clay slabs, the inner partition is ten bays, and the outer wall of each opening room is equipped with stone windows; the east one is a door and stairwell, the door stone structure is two floors, the outer ticket top is flat, there is a plaque, engraving the "Si Ji Lou" and "Qianlong Pengzi Year Three Autumn Standing"; the roof is an inward slope; the outer wall of the building is 1 meter above the roof, and the wall above the roof is built every 3 meters to build a Japanese-shaped stone window as a gun hole, A 0.5-meter-wide passage was built along the inner wall; a wooden corridor was set up on the second floor, and the wooden columns were load-bearing, and now most of the wooden structures have been demolished, leaving only a complete, brick column bearing. The patio is 14 meters in diameter. The façade of the entire building is intact.
The outer ring is single-storey, with a diameter of 48 meters and a depth of 3.5 meters per room, which is now badly damaged and rebuilt, and there is no trace of the door.
