There are two small and medium-sized enterprise industrial parks in the Guangou Police Office, the Sino-German Industrial Park and the Zhonghe Stone City, which have settled more than 500 small and medium-sized enterprises and individual merchants. In view of the characteristics of the two parks with many enterprises and a large floating population, Li Shuming used the "Fengqiao experience" to give play to the leading role of the police office, closely integrated with property and enterprise security, and carried out solid mass prevention and mass governance. In the past few years, he measured every inch of land in the park with his footsteps, supervised the rectification of more than 60 hidden dangers, built a WeChat group to push fire and anti-fraud information, and communicated and solved the problems reflected by the masses in the first time. In November 2021, several cases of single fraud occurred in Zhonghe Stone City in the district of his police office, and Li Shuoming visited the deceived people one by one to dig deep into the reasons for being deceived. The feedback received was that the deceived people had all accepted anti-fraud propaganda, but as soon as the temptation to get rich overnight came, the anti-deception knowledge said by the police was forgotten. He began to think hard about how to make anti-fraud propaganda concise and clear.
He has successively produced "Online brushing is cheating!" "It's impossible to get rich overnight!" And other sonorous and powerful short sentence slogans and posters were posted in large quantities in prominent positions in the stone city. And invite their family and friends to the field "experiment" to see if they can see the warning slogan at the first glance as soon as they enter the market, and whether they can see the warning poster at any time in all parts of the market. Through this simple and easy-to-remember "occupy eyeball" propaganda model, it plays a good publicity effect. The Xuedian police station also promoted his experience throughout the town, achieving a sharp decline in the number of wire fraud cases in the jurisdiction.
