Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry College is located in the Dabie Mountains, the red historical city of Xinyang City, Henan Province. He has been committed to the green prevention and control of crop diseases and insect pests for many years, "harmonious coexistence between man and nature" is his concept of pest control, and his work status is to devote himself to the production line after class. In recent years, Pan Pengliang has established scientific and technological support relationships with the Xixian Banpo Planting Professional Cooperative, Yuecheng Village in Luoshan County, and Ledao Village in Gushi County, etc., not only sending technology, but also helping with training, and is affectionately known as "farmland guard" by the villagers.
Wang Jinhe is an outstanding graduate of Pan Pengliang. Since 2014, he has led the construction of 4 demonstration bases, promoted 6 green breeding technologies, trained more than 3,000 farmers and agricultural technicians, and lifted 143 poor households out of poverty with his help.
