In 2021, the Kaiyuan Municipal People's Procuratorate firmly grasped the core of "public interest protection", highlighted the effectiveness of supervision, paid attention to innovation and quality improvement, solidly carried out public interest litigation work, and fully safeguarded the national and social public interests.
Through on-site visits, one by one, the current situation of cultural relics protection at all levels in the jurisdiction was screened, and after finding that some cultural relics such as Yunwo Temple in Xiangshui Village, Zhongheying Town, and the old site of Kai'er Middle School in Yangjie Township had fallen into disrepair and there was a risk of damage, the responsible units were urged to strictly perform their duties and improve the management system.
Closely combined with the work of "rural revitalization" and "improvement of human settlement environment", actively handle public interest litigation cases in the field of environmental resource protection, and supervise the cleaning up of illegally piled up domestic garbage. Timely summarize case-handling experience, and report to the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government, the Municipal Cppcc Committee, and the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee under the title of "Kaiyuan Municipal People's Procuratorate's Investigation Report on rural garbage disposal in the jurisdiction of Kaiyuan Municipal District", and contribute procuratorial wisdom to rural revitalization.
Combined with the requirements of Kaiyuan City to create a national civilized city, in view of the problems such as the occupation of corridors by electric vehicles in the community, the random parking of fire passages, and the "flying line charging", we urge relevant departments to coordinate and solve them, and add legal strength to the work of creating literature.
