This "eye" is the eye of heaven and the "golden eye of fire" of Zeng Kaihui, the commander of the first squadron of the Huidong Public Security Intelligence Information Brigade. Under his unremitting tracking, the criminal suspect Wang Moushu was successfully captured.
Since the police 9 years ago, Zeng Kaihui has used the "heavenly eye" of the public security organs to train his own "golden eye of fire", relying on the advantages of "wisdom new policing", handling and solving a number of case problems such as poor video conditions and blurred portraits in the process of case investigation, giving full play to the actual combat role of video investigation and cracking cases, and making outstanding contributions to the "hurricane" special crackdown and rectification action for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020.
Unremitting tracking, cracked the theft of trucks
"I tried to watch videos for days in a row except for sleeping, just to find a little bit of the suspect's whereabouts, a shot." Zeng Kaihui, 38 years old this year, is the squadron leader of the first squadron of the Huidong Public Security Intelligence information brigade, and he has been a police officer for 9 years.
On June 4 last year, Mr. He, a citizen, called the police that a large blue truck parked next to a snack bar in Huidong Duozhu Square had been stolen. After the incident, the Huidong Public Security Criminal Investigation Brigade immediately joined hands with the Intelligence Brigade and the Cyber Security Brigade to cooperate with the police station under its jurisdiction to activate the anti-theft and robbery of motor vehicles mechanism, and set up a special case team to carry out case investigation.
Zeng Kaihui immediately rushed to the scene to review the video around the scene of the crime, and quickly locked the stolen vehicle. When the police of the special case team arrived, the stolen vehicle disappeared again. On June 9, after Zeng Kaihui's unremitting efforts, the trajectory of the suspect vehicle was finally clarified. It turned out that the suspect drove the vehicle from Guzhu and returned to Ma'anling Village in Lianghua after passing through Pingtan in Huiyang. Through the unremitting efforts of the police of the special case group, at about 17:00 on June 12, the suspect Wang Moushu was arrested in Pingshan, Huidong.

Before Joining the Police, Zeng Kaihui studied computers, admired the profession of the People's Police from an early age, and joined the Huidong Police Force in 2011 with his own efforts. After joining the police, he successively worked in the Criminal Investigation Brigade and the Intelligence Information Brigade, engaged in intelligence research and video investigation.
