After receiving the alarm, the police rushed to the scene for the first time, after preliminary understanding of the case and the collection of on-site surveillance video, quickly locked the physical characteristics of the criminal suspect and the escape route, with the cooperation of the police in the service command room, after 6 hours of continuous video tracking, at 14:50 on the same day, the suspect disappeared into the surveillance near the east gate of the passenger station. The civilian police immediately rushed to the scene to carry out further investigation.
At 14:58 on the afternoon of the same day, the 110 police phone of the Jintie police station rang again, and the policeman said that his blue electric car was lost under the building of a resident in Jiqingli, and the similarity of the two crimes made the police lock the suspect at the passenger station. Immediately increased efforts to check the area around the passenger terminal. 5 minutes later, the police found a suspect with similar physical characteristics near the east gate of the passenger station, Xin Mou, quickly went forward to inquire and found that its shape was suspicious, successfully arrested it, and found a blue electric vehicle on the spot, which was identified as an electric vehicle lost at 14:58 on the same day.
After review, Xin confessed to the theft of two electric vehicles on February 5. After investigation, the police found that Xin had seven previous thefts, forty-nine times was listed as a suspect in public security cases, is a habitual thief who is bent on stealing electric vehicles "cause", and the criminal suspect Xin has been criminally detained for suspected theft.
