2. Carry out "help and guidance". In accordance with the requirements of the "Food Safety Operation Code for Catering Services" on the layout of the canteen process and the configuration of facilities and equipment, the District Market Supervision Bureau produces the corresponding "Reference Schematic Diagram of the Kitchen Process Layout" according to the normative standards of different types and different sizes of canteens, and helps the relevant units to comprehensively carry out the construction of the canteen from the whole process of canteen design, construction and configuration. Third, carry out safety training. According to the needs of the competent departments of various industries, the District Market Supervision Bureau regularly or irregularly carries out catering food safety knowledge training for school canteens, pension institutions, canteens of government institutions and enterprises, canteens of construction sites, canteens of factories and mining enterprises, improves the awareness of food safety responsibilities of the responsible persons of canteens, food safety administrators and chefs, and enhances the ability of canteens of various units to perform the main responsibilities of food safety.
