In order to further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and continue to create a strong atmosphere for intellectual property protection, combined with the "Spring Thunder Action 2022", the Qionglai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau carried out special actions for intellectual property protection in key areas during the Spring Festival.

With the goal of standardizing the order of the commodity market during the Spring Festival, this inspection is to investigate the illegal acts of intellectual property rights of epidemic prevention and control materials, go deep into pharmacies, supermarkets and other places to check whether there are any infringements in masks, drugs, instruments and other materials used to prevent and control the new crown pneumonia epidemic, firmly establish bottom-line thinking, and effectively protect the safety of people's lives; the second is to investigate the illegal acts of intellectual property rights in the gas field, focusing on the trademark infringement and other illegal acts of gas appliances in shopping malls, wholesale markets and other sales places. Prevent counterfeit burning utensils from entering the consumer use link and ensure that the people celebrate the festival safely; third, check the illegal acts of intellectual property rights in the key food field, severely crack down on illegal acts such as trademark infringement and market confusion in the fields of seasonal food, rice flour oil, and geographical indication protection products, and prevent counterfeit products such as "shanzhai" drinks and beverages from entering the market; fourth, do a good job of publicity and guidance, in the process of inspection, require operators to strengthen the understanding and management of commodity intellectual property rights, ensure that the purchase channels are compliant and legal, and normalize the self-examination of intellectual property rights. Avoid the risk of intellectual property violations. A total of more than 120 law enforcement personnel were dispatched to inspect more than 70 business entities such as supermarkets, shopping malls, pharmacies, and franchise stores, and 1 case of liquor trademark infringement was investigated and dealt with.

During the Spring Festival, the market is active, the consumer demand is strong, and the market competition is fierce, which is a period when all kinds of intellectual property infringement and counterfeiting are frequent.
