Hai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located on the sixth floor of the comprehensive building of the scientific research and teaching ward of the newly built 17-storey emergency center of the hospital, and its completion will be a professional museum that integrates collection, exhibition, exhibition, teaching and scientific research with the theme of showing the history and culture of traditional Chinese medicine, especially the development trajectory of Hai'an traditional Chinese medicine culture, with the purpose of protecting and inheriting traditional Chinese medicine culture.
In order to enrich the collection in the museum, Hai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will collect old Chinese medicine objects from the whole society from now on, and sincerely welcome people from all walks of life to actively participate, donate generously and provide clues!
1. Scope of Solicitation
1. Articles related to traditional Chinese medicine in the past, such as medicine shovels, medicine research, pestle mortars, medicine scales, medicine knives, medicine pots, medicine pots, medicine cabinets, orthopedic instruments, acupuncture instruments, pharmaceutical instruments, traditional dispensing instruments, as well as medicine shop plaques, Chinese medicine specimens, etc.;
2. Old photos, old objects, documents, etc. that embody the development process of Traditional Chinese medicine and important historical activities;
3. Books, medical cases, prescription handwritings, manuscripts, portraits, photographs, biographies, seals, medical supplies, calligraphy and paintings, etc. of famous TCM practitioners;
4. Hai'an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine since its establishment in various development periods of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, hospital construction, administrative management and other aspects of the text, pictures, images and other materials. Early documents, prescriptions, medical records, various reports, salary lists, work photos, group photos, books, etc.;
5. All kinds of text, pictures and physical objects (trophies, medals, certificates) that can reflect the major achievements made by the Institute since its establishment.
2. Solicitation Requirements
1. The collection of items is not limited to materials, shapes, processes, uses, historical periods, etc., non-imitation products, which can reflect the imprint of the times and the sense of historical vicissitudes;
2. The old photos should be clear in image, the content is true and unvarnished, the original photo or the remake photo can be used, the size is not limited, as far as possible to indicate the content, time and place, the name and background of the important people in the film, the photographer and other brief information;
3. The physical materials shall comply with the provisions of the law and shall not infringe on the rights and interests of others (copyright, reputation rights, portrait rights, etc.), and if infringement disputes are found, the consequences shall be borne by the provider.
3. Solicitation methods
1. Donation. In accordance with the principle of voluntariness, gratuitous donations are encouraged, and the donor can be indicated when displayed and displayed, and a certificate can be issued;
2. Requisition. If the owner is willing to sell the physical materials with greater preservation value, the two parties shall conduct paid requisition after consultation;
3. Copy. Old objects that have been identified as valuable and are not willing to sell or donate can be copied with the consent of the owner.
The collection of old objects is the unified responsibility of the Publicity Department of Hai'an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the holder of the items can send the items to the Publicity Department, or call to inform them, and the Publicity Department will arrange for someone to come to the door to collect them. The Publicity Section will register and keep all donated items in a unified manner.
