【Jiangsu News】On February 9, the dongtai court cadres and policemen rushed through the thick fog to Kunshan, hundreds of kilometers away, and with the vigorous assistance of the local court, successfully detained and summoned a person subject to enforcement who had been "missing" for a long time, prompting the smooth conclusion of the case.
In the case of a private lending dispute between the applicant Du and the person subject to enforcement, Zhu refused to appear during the trial of the case, did not cooperate with the court's investigation, mediation, and other work, and even deliberately absent from the trial. After Du won the verdict, he contacted Zhu again, but Zhu still avoided seeing it, and then simply turned off the phone and played "missing". In desperation, Du applied to the court for compulsory enforcement.
Early in the morning of the same day, the dongtai court's enforcement command center received a call from Du, saying that he had found Zhu in Kunshan, who had not appeared for more than a year. In order to prevent Zhu from escaping, the enforcement judge contacted the local court at the first time, requested assistance in controlling Zhu, and immediately organized cadres and police to drive 3 hours to Kunshan, successfully detaining and summoning Zhu.
It was more than 5 p.m. when he returned to Dongtai, and in the courtroom, he saw that Zhu was still delaying execution under various pretexts, and the enforcement judge immediately made a decision and took detention measures against him after collegial deliberation. Then, for more than 2 hours, the enforcement officers took Zhu to do a series of preparations for detention, such as nucleic acid testing, five inspections, and information collection, but Zhu was still indifferent.
Until more than 10 o'clock in the evening, when he arrived at the door of the detention center, Zhu finally realized the seriousness of the problem, took the initiative to contact his relatives to perform 100,000 yuan on his behalf, and issued a letter of remorse on the spot. In the end, after obtaining the understanding of the applicant executor, the two parties reached an enforcement settlement agreement and agreed to pay the balance in installments.
