I have been working in Shaanxi Drum for a long time, as a system solution provider and system service provider in the field of distributed energy, in recent years, in the process of strategically focusing on distributed energy, in line with the market concept of "to find products for customers, not for products to find customers", continuous innovation, to provide customers with system solutions. In such a transformation practice, I often investigate, visit and deeply understand the current situation and development of large state-owned enterprises and energy enterprises in our province, as a large energy province in Shaanxi, how to further stimulate the innovation vitality of energy enterprises is a topic that needs in-depth research. After much thought, I submitted a proposal on "Suggestions on Supporting the Innovative Development of Large Energy Enterprises in Our Province". Happily, this proposal has been valued and adopted by the relevant leaders of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
During the Fourth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee, Li Hongan submitted a proposal on supporting the innovative development of large energy enterprises in our province.
The proposal suggests that policy support should be increased to support the development of large enterprises such as the old revolutionary areas in northern Shaanxi and Yanchang Petroleum.
