The chinese woman Michelle Gao's memorial meeting was held in New York's Times Square on the evening of January 18

Michelle was pushed off the platform by a black tramp at a Times Square subway station in New York at around 9:30 a.m. local time on the 15th. After falling off the tracks, the unsuspecting Michelle was crushed to death by a train that was entering the station. Michelle Go, 40, a successful Chinese-American who graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, was a senior manager at a well-known company, responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Michelle Gao participates in public welfare activities outside of work and has been serving in the New York City Youth League for 10 years and helping people at risk and homeless. She also advises job seekers on interviews, adjusting resumes, and more.

Tonight, there may be thousands of people of all races braving the bitter cold to participate in the commemorative rally. Someone put up a slogan that read, "Asian life is equally precious." Some citizens at the scene hoped that the rally would awaken politicians and anti-police groups to the right to life of all citizens and the safety of subway stations.
