Modified appearance, harsh roar, average speed, young rider... Everywhere you go, you hear it first, just heard it a second ago, and in the blink of an eye they are already whizzing past you. This kind of motorcycle, which is deeply resented by the public, is an illegal modified vehicle and is called a "bombing street car" or "ghost fire" motorcycle.
It is the winter vacation, and the "bombing of street cars" has a rising trend, which not only seriously disturbs the people, but also brings great hidden dangers to road traffic safety. Over the past few days, the Yizhou Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Hechi City Public Security Bureau has gathered elite police forces, set up a rectification detachment, made meticulous plans, made careful arrangements, adhered to the principles of "catching when it shows its head" and "not leaving one car behind," set off a severe rectification storm against "bombing street cars," and returned the citizens to a quiet, orderly, and civilized road traffic environment.
From January 15 to 17, in just three days, the Yizhou brigade seized 25 illegally modified "ghost fire" motorcycles, effectively cracking down on the illegal modification of motorcycles.
After investigation, most of the drivers of "bombed street cars" are teenagers. They have no driving license, lack the necessary traffic safety knowledge and driving skills, and have a weak awareness of traffic safety, which poses great safety risks to themselves and others.
At present, the Yizhou traffic police have carried out severe criticism and education of these illegal acts of these seriously disturbing "street bombing parties", and at the same time punish drivers according to the Road Traffic Safety Law, seize all their vehicles, and dismantle the illegal installation of devices.
