Jinyun News: On May 12, the signing ceremony of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development cooperation and industrial projects was held in Tianjin.
In this signing, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei signed a total of 13 cooperation agreements, including the "Memorandum of Understanding on Beijing-Xiongxiong Cooperation in Promoting National Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Trading"; Framework Cooperation Agreement on Deepening the Coordinated Development of Human Resources and Social Security; The People's Government of Hedong District signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Institute of Physical and Chemical Engineering of the Nuclear Industry; Cooperation agreement between Wuqing District People's Government and Super Slip Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly build a R&D and scientific and technological achievement transformation base; Beijing Zhongguancun Medical Device Park and Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City Management Committee jointly built the second phase of Tianjin Zhongguancun High-end Medical Industrial Park; Jingbin Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. and Jingshang Construction Group Co., Ltd. jointly built a cooperation agreement on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei meeting room project; Beijing Best New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Baoding Municipal People's Government on high-performance energy storage (power) battery production and upstream and downstream industry chain projects; Qian'an Iron and Steel Company of Shougang Co., Ltd. signed a high-quality steel project with Qian'an Municipal People's Government for near-"zero" carbon emission smelting; The Management Committee of Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone (Langfang) and Beijing Kingdom Trade Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the headquarters base project.
At the ceremony, the vice chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of the three places and the convener of the industrial chain alliance unveiled the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Biomedical Industry Chain Alliance, the Information Innovation and Network Security Industry Chain Alliance, and the New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Alliance, and the relevant responsible comrades of the three industry and information technology bureaus (departments) and the responsible comrades of the Cangzhou Municipal Government unveiled the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cangzhou Biomedical Industrial Park.
The human resources and social security departments of the three provinces and cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have also released the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei social security "one card", involving a number of application scenarios such as transportation, medical treatment, and book borrowing.
The "all-in-one card" realizes the "all-in-one card" for 3,909 transportation lines, the "all-in-one card" for 64,000 medical institutions, the "all-in-one card" for 171 libraries, the "all-in-one card" for 23 museums, the "all-in-one card tour" for 193 tourist attractions, and the "all-in-one card" for 22 human resources and social security services.
