Geely Automobile Group is a leading Chinese automaker and the first Chinese brand car company to achieve 10 million passenger car production. In order to meet the personalized customization needs of customers, China Unicom and Geely Automobile have in-depth cooperation to build a ZEEKR future factory, relying on a new generation of information technology such as 5G, AI, and industrial Internet, to build three 5G+AI application scenarios of automotive interior and exterior configuration detection, tire size detection, and gap surface difference detection, and at the same time, 5G+XR technology is introduced to connect customers, automotive products and vehicle factories with XR terminals, providing the country's first integrated XR service for automobile marketing and manufacturing. Tens of thousands of configuration combinations are realized, and the production efficiency and vehicle quality of flexible manufacturing of new energy vehicles are improved.
China Unicom helped Shuanglu Battery build the industry's first 5G black light production line, introduced 5G+AI technology for automatic detection of battery defects, built a large-scale and intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, and completed the automatic cycle transportation of plain batteries from the production line to the RGV connection station to the warehouse, and at the same time, based on the 5G gateway and industrial RTU (remote terminal unit), the real-time 3D visualization display of 8 air compressors was realized, helping to increase product production efficiency by 25%. It has created a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the alkaline battery industry.
As of now, Zhejiang Unicom has empowered more than 40 leading and backbone enterprises in the province to build future factories and more than 290 5G factories, and has built national demonstration projects such as ZEEKR Factory, CIMC Logistics, and Shuanglu Battery. Participate in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in 36 subdivided industries in the province, and fully implement the "N+X" (common + personalized scene application) digital transformation model. It has built and operated Zhejiang UniIOS fully connected provincial industrial Internet platform, and has been awarded the first batch of "3-star industrial Internet platform" certification in the national digital transformation implementation standard evaluation, empowering the construction and operation of 26 industrial brains in the province based on the core capabilities of the platform.

Based on the gigabit optical network, relying on the smart perception network, the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and digital twin technology, the smart park of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base goes deep into the actual production scenarios of enterprises, establishes an integrated information management platform integrating safety, environmental protection, emergency rescue, closed management, energy management and public services, and builds a green, safe and environmentally friendly smart chemical park. It has passed the industry's highest safety risk D-level certification and has been approved as a "National Smart Chemical Park Demonstration Unit".
