The latest news of the social security card "one card" in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

On December 26, the signing event of the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Social Security Card Resident Service "One Card" Cooperation Framework Agreement" jointly sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security was held in Shijiazhuang. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei jointly signed a cooperation framework agreement to accelerate the realization of cross-provincial universal social security cards, multi-use of one card, and integrated development of online and offline scenarios.

According to the cooperation framework agreement, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will establish a joint consultation and co-construction mechanism, a joint meeting mechanism and an information sharing mechanism, jointly compile the overall planning, data standards, interface specifications, scenario tasks, etc. of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei social security card resident service "one card", jointly implement the unified directory list of "one card" applications in the three places, build a "one card" data sharing system and security protection system, promote the sharing of data for social security cards in the three places, and ensure network security and data security.

It is understood that the number of social security card holders in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has reached 115 million, basically realizing "one card per person", and the number of people receiving electronic social security cards has reached 85.01 million, covering 74 percent of the permanent population, and social security cards have become the basic carrier of people's livelihood services.

This activity will help accelerate the digital transformation of public services, realize the universal sharing of social security cards in government services, transportation, cultural experience, tourism, medical treatment and drug purchase and other fields, and create a "convenient card" for social life, a "connecting card" for government services, a "connecting card" for government services, and a "bridge card" for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
