In 1937, Leng Yun, who was determined to fight for the country and the people, joined the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army. In 1938, under the pressure of the Japanese army, Leng Yun's Second Route Army decided to march west. On the banks of the Uskhon River, the resting large troops were discovered by the Japanese army. At the moment of crisis, eight female warriors led by Leng Yun did not hesitate to expose themselves in order to cover the retreat of the large troops.
