Just after the mainland adopted countermeasures, it occupied more than 20 cities and counties in northern Vietnam within a month. After declaring victory, the army withdrew from Vietnam. Later, after the United States and the mainland repaired relations, Vietnam saw that the mainland was friendly with the United States that had invaded itself, and it also classified the mainland as an enemy. Later, with the support of the Soviet Union, Vietnam became very arrogant. Several attacks were launched on the mainland's borders, and finally the mainland issued a strategic description of the war of self-defense. However, this move has aroused the opposition of many countries in the world.
After the war broke out, many countries demanded the withdrawal of continental troops from Vietnam, including Hungary, Bulgaria, Mongolia, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, East Germany, Poland, Mozambique and so on, in addition to Vietnam's patron, the Soviet Union. Most of these countries don't want to see the continent grow too strong, but there are two exceptions that have expressed great support for our war against Vietnam. That is North Korea and Cambodia. Most people know that the mainland once sent troops to help North Korea fight back the United States that invaded them, and helped their country become independent. So they expressed unconditional support for the measures taken by the mainland.
Another Cambodia was because they were invaded by Vietnam at the time, so they expressed great support for China. Even though only two countries stood up for us at the time, we managed to win the war and told the world that our country was not so easy to bully.
