Previously, Changan New Energy's new pure electric sedan C385 first fully loaded prototype car has been off the production line. The online car market has learned that the model will be officially mass-produced in May and officially launched in June at the latest. The new car is based on the new EPA1 pure electric platform, positioned in the A+ class sedan, the vehicle size is larger than the Tesla Model 3. Considering that EPA1 is Changan's low-end pure electric platform, it is expected that the price of C385 will be around 150,000 yuan.
From the appearance point of view, the design style of the new car is similar to UNI-V, the overall shape is simple, and the front face network adopts a closed design, with a split headlight group on both sides. The side of the car adopts a slipback design, equipped with borderless doors and hidden door handles, which highlight the sense of technology and effectively reduce wind resistance. The rear of the car is equipped with a through-type tail light group and a fixed spoiler, which makes the whole vehicle more sporty.

In terms of specific dimensions, the new car has a length, width and height of 4800×1880×1480mm, and a wheelbase of 2880mm, which is larger than the Tesla Model 3. In terms of endurance, it is expected that new cars and competitive models are close, and the maximum cruising range of NEDC may exceed 600km. According to previous reports, in the future, C385 will also launch a hydrogen fuel cell version of the model, which has the same way of supplementing energy as traditional fuel vehicles, but can greatly reduce endurance anxiety compared to pure electric models.
