He Sanbao, born in 1960, is a member of the China Artists Association and a member of the China Gongbi Painting Society. He has successively served as the vice president of the Capital Museum Painting Institute, the painter of the Central Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Jiusan Society, the vice president of the Henan Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Jiusan Society, the member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Henan Province, the member of the Landscape Painting Art Committee of the Henan Provincial Artists Association, and the full-time painter of the China Ink Painting Academy.
He has been engaged in painting for more than 40 years, and his works have been selected for large-scale exhibitions held by the China Artists Association more than ten times and won many awards. His works are collected by the China Artists Association, the National Art Museum of China, the Great Hall of the People, the Beijing Municipal Government, CCTV, and national museums in the United States, Britain, France, Russia, and Japan. He has published "He Sanbao Yuntai Mountain Long Scroll", "He Sanbao Works Collection", "He Sanbao Landscape Painting Collection" and other albums.
