Xinhua News Agency Figure skating world champion Pang Qing and Tong Jian led the main creative team of the ice dance drama "WE ARE ONE (Ice and Snow Family)" on the 14th to appear at the Pang Qing Tong Jian Ice Art Center, and announced the official establishment of the "All China Sports Foundation Pang Qing Tong Jian Ice and Snow Dream Fund" at the same time.

As the only ice performance of the "Meet in Beijing" Olympic Cultural Festival and the 22nd "Meet in Beijing" International Arts Festival, "WE ARE ONE" features two senior figure skating coaches and their young team members as the protagonists, telling the story of contemporary Chinese ice and snow people who, under the condition of lack of resources, abandon their families and work hard, and use their faith and persistence in their hearts to forge ahead in the ice and snow industry. The play will be performed at the Beijing Tianqiao Art Center from February 11 to 13 during the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Li Haonan, deputy director of the Winter Olympic Cultural Activities Department of the Cultural Activities Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, said in his speech at the press conference that this ice dance drama is a highlight of the cultural activities during the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, which is not only a New Year blockbuster brought to the audience during the Spring Festival, but also opens up another "arena" to cheer for China's Winter Olympic athletes.

In order to ensure the rehearsal of the play, Pang Qing Tong Jian Ice Art Center deliberately poured a new 300 square meters of ice surface next to the standard ice rink of more than 1,000 square meters, which is equivalent to the size of the Beijing Tianqiao Art Center Stage. As the country's first open ice stage, this mini ice rink will remain permanently.

At the press conference, Liu Fumin, former director of the Economic Department of the General Administration of Sport, Gu Haoning, deputy director of the Market Development Department of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, and Wang Chunlu, a former short track speed skater and dean of the China Ice Sports College of Beijing Sport University, also held a roundtable forum on this ice, and they conducted in-depth discussions on "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports", telling Chinese stories, doing a good job in sports culture inheritance and training of ice and snow reserve talents.

Subsequently, Xue Wanhe, vice chairman of the All-China Sports Foundation, awarded the plaque to Pang Qing tong jian ice and snow dream fund.

As two-time figure skating world champion and runner-up in pair skating at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, Pang Qing and Tong Jian have hosted the Ice and Snow Champions Public Welfare Class since 2015, and have successfully held 66 sessions in 6 years, and the series of ice performance brands they led the team to create, "Magic On Ice", is also highly acclaimed and listed as the cultural heritage of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
