01. Bureaucracy
The first official of the Ming Dynasty, Shangshu, was Teng Yi, and Fan Lupu and Wang He were appointed as left and right attendants.

The Ministry of Rites is in charge of ceremonial affairs, schools, and examinations. It is used for the five ceremonies of Kaoji, Jia, Jun, Bin, and Qiang; to manage the affairs of schools throughout the country and the examination of the imperial examinations, as well as the affairs of clans and foreign countries. There are four divisions under the Ministry of Ceremonies: the Ceremonial Qing Official Division, the Ancestral Sacrifice Qing Official Division, the Main Guest Qing Official Division, and the Jing Catering Qing Official Division.
04. Bingbu
The first Shangshu of the Ming Dynasty's military department was Chen Liang, and the attendant was Zhu Zhen.

05. Criminal Department
The first Shangshu of the Ming Dynasty's Punishment Department was Zhou Zhen, and the attendants were Sheng Yuanfu and Zhang Ren.
The Criminal Investigation Department is the body in charge of the national penal decrees and the examination of criminal names, and together with the Inspectorate of Inspection and the Dali Temple in charge of the final trial and review of major cases, it is a "three-law division system".
06. Ministry of Works
The first Shangshu of the Ministry of Works of the Ming Dynasty was Shan Anren, and the attendants were Zhang Yunwen and Yang Yi.
The Ministry of Works is the organ in charge of engineering affairs throughout the country. He is in charge of the system of civil construction, the use of utensils, the method of dredging and weir, and the code of providing hundreds of millions of tombs.
