Lu Baozhong (1850--1908) Zi Bo Kui, a native of Chengxiang Town. In the second year of Guangxu (1876), he entered the priesthood. He successively served as a young minister, a cabinet scholar and a ceremonial attendant, and a right attendant of the military department. For twenty-six years, he served as a student of Suncheon. He neglected to rectify education and set up a wide range of schools, which were adopted and implemented by the imperial court. In the past thirty-one years, he has also neglected to set up a Ministry of Culture and Culture to manage the provincial schools below the Beijing Normal University Hall and the Translation Academy. He advocated strengthening vocational education and setting up more subjects such as commerce, agriculture, industry, silkworms, and forestry, so that young people can learn a skill. For thirty-two years, he served as the Rebbe Shangshu. In September 33, the Guangxu Emperor ordered a ban on smoking, and he was ordered to quit smoking for three years, and died shortly after his reinstatement, at the age of 59.
