1. Humble Administrator's Garden, located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, was founded in the early years of Ming Zhengde (early 16th century), and is a representative work of classical gardens in Jiangnan. Together with the Beijing Summer Palace, Chengde Mountain Resort and Suzhou Lingering Garden, it is known as the four famous gardens in China.

2. Chengde Mountain Resort

Chengde Mountain Resort, also known as "Chengde Departure Palace" or "Rehe Palace", is located in the north of Chengde City Center in Hebei Province, on the west bank of the Wulie River, a narrow valley, is the place where the Emperor of the Qing Dynasty summer summer and handled government affairs.

3. Summer Palace

Before the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty succeeded to the throne, four large imperial gardens were built in the western suburbs of Beijing. In the fifteenth year of Qianlong (1750), the Qianlong Emperor used 4.48 million taels of silver to honor his mother, Empress Xiaosheng, to rebuild it into Qingyi Garden here, forming a 20-kilometer-long imperial garden area from the current Qinghua Garden to Xiangshan. In the Xianfeng Decade (1860), Qingyi Garden was burned down by the British and French forces. In the fourteenth year of Guangxu (1888), it was rebuilt and renamed the Summer Palace as a summer recreation place. In the 26th year of Guangxu (1900), the Summer Palace was again destroyed by the "Eight-Nation Alliance", and the treasures were looted. After the fall of the Qing Dynasty, the Summer Palace was destroyed again during the warlord wars and the rule of the Kuomintang.

4. Lion Forest

The Lion Forest is one of the representatives of classical Chinese private garden architecture. It is one of the four famous gardens in Suzhou and has a history of 672 years. It is located in The Garden Road, northeast of Suzhou City. Because in the garden, "there are bamboo in the forest, and there are many strange stones under the bamboo, which are shaped like foxes (lions)", and because the Heavenly Zen Master is only able to obtain the Dharma in the Lion Rock Puying Guoshi Zhongfeng in Tianmu Mountain, Zhejiang, in order to commemorate the Buddha's disciple's mantle and the relationship between the master and the teacher, taking the meaning of leo in the Buddhist scriptures, it is called "Lion Forest".

5. Lingering Garden

The classic garden of Suzhou garden - lingering garden is called "Liu Garden", because the owner of the garden surname Liu and named, but I prefer the name "Lingering Garden", although it is not large, only 20 acres, but twists and turns, full of interest, can retain people's interest.

6. Ancient lotus pond

The ancient lotus pond, a national key cultural relics protection unit and one of the top ten famous gardens in the country, is located in the center of Baoding City. The ancient lotus pond is far from the north and south of the Governor's Office. The main entrance of the ancient lotus pond sits south and faces north, a pair of stone lions in front of the door are majestic, the gate tower is tilted and the three doors are three, and above the middle door hangs a large horizontal plaque of "Ancient Lotus Pond" handwritten by Xu Shichang, the president of the early years of the Republic of China. The White Lotus Pond, formerly known as Xuexiang Garden, was created by Zhang Rou, the king of Runan, in the Yuan Dynasty.

7. Qinghui Garden

Qinghui Garden is an ancient garden building built in the Ming Dynasty. Located in Qinghui Road, Daliang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, located in the city center, the original site was the Huang's Garden built by Huang Shijun at the end of the Ming Dynasty, and the existing buildings were mainly built during the Qing Jiaqing period. The name of the garden is "Qinghui", which means the sunshine of harmony and sunshine, and is a metaphor for the kindness of parents. The garden has been built many times by five generations of Long Yingshi, Long Tinghuai, Long Yuanren, Long Jingcan, Longzhu Hui and other five generations, gradually forming a complete and distinctive Lingnan garden.
