The purpose of the 100-day run is to let everyone develop running habits, I invited three colleagues, a classmate, a dentist friend to participate in the 100-day run, I hope they can all complete the challenge and find their own new world.
Of course, participating in the 100-day run is my annual goal, this is the eighth year of falling in love with running, in order to make myself not overly pursue the amount of running, I chose to jog 5 kilometers a day, but also to find the original intention of running.
