In addition to the price recommendation for a single blind box, the Guidelines also propose that blind box operators are not allowed to sell blind boxes to minors under the age of 8, and if they want to sell, they need to obtain the consent of their guardians.
The launch of this policy reminds people of the joint name of KFC and Bubble Mart Dimoo. Due to the limited number, many consumers even spend tens of thousands of yuan to buy KFC packages in order to collect 7 full-range impulse consumption. Just recently, this joint activity was named by the China Consumer Association. However, when the Guidelines were released for comment on December 15, some analysts proposed that Bubble Mart currently meets the requirements in terms of selling price and hidden cost probability.
