Wang Lingji

His name was Wang Lingji, a native of Leshan, Sichuan Province, who graduated from Wubeitang, Sichuan, and later studied military affairs in Japan and graduated from the Japanese Army Non-Commissioned Officer School. Liu Xiang

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he successively served as commander-in-chief of the 30th Group Army of the National Revolutionary Army and commander of the 72nd Army, deputy commander of the 9th Theater, chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Government, and chairman of Sichuan Province. During the Liberation War, he successively served as the chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Government and the commander of the Jiangxi Provincial Security Department, the commander of the Jiangxi Provincial Military District, the chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Government and the Commander of the Sichuan Provincial Security, the commander of the Sichuan Provincial Military District, and the commander of the 7th Appeasement District.

On February 6, 1950, when he absconded in disguise, he was arrested in Jiang'an County, Sichuan Province, and was successively reformed at the Chongqing War Criminals Management Center and the Beijing War Criminals Management Center, and was the highest-ranking national revolutionary army prisoner detained.
