A few days ago, we obtained a set of rendering pictures of volvo's first MPV model, according to internal personnel, the model was jointly built by Geely Automobile and Volvo, and is expected to be officially unveiled at the end of this year or in 2023 at the earliest. At the same time, the new car will continue to be powered by a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 2.0T turbocharged + 48 volt light hybrid fuel engine and a 2.0T + electric motor, with the transmission system matching the 8-speed automatic transmission, and some models are expected to provide four-wheel drive systems. In addition, with Volvo's continuous deepening of the new energy field, the first MPV will also be launched in the future for consumers to choose from.

As can be seen from the released exterior renderings, Volvo's first MPV model uses the same design elements as the XC60 in front, equipped with a blackened straight waterfall grille, and the Quake LED headlight set on both sides has also been retained. The body side offers multi-spoke alloy wheels with double-sided sliding doors. The rear of the car is expected to have a bilateral false two-out exhaust layout, and the Viking Axe LED taillight group above the tailgate is also more narrow and long.
