Apple iPhone 15Pro rendering exposure: the camera is more convex, and the edges are curved

According to the news of IT House on February 17, the foreign technology media 9to5Mac made a high-definition rendering based on the CAD model provided by the manufacturer of reliable protective case accessories, which shows that the iPhone 15 Pro switched to a USB-C port, the camera was more convex, and the edges were curved.

The rendering, which was made by 3D artist Lan Zelbo, shows some major changes in the design and functionality of the iPhone 15 Pro: the most notable of these is the switch from the Lightning port to USB-C. This may be due to pressure from the European Union, which has been pushing for a universal charging standard for all smartphones and devices.

The glass is slightly curved at the edges, creating a more seamless transition with the middle frame. The center frame itself is also more rounded than before, similar to the design of the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro and the new M2 MacBook Air.

The camera bulge on the back is also thicker than before, suggesting that Apple may have upgraded its camera system with a new sensor or lens. The camera layout is similar to the iPhone 14 Pro, with three lenses and a LiDAR scanner arranged in a square module. This generation of camera lenses is thicker, possibly suggesting larger image sensors.

According to the rendering, the volume rocker looks like capacitive buttons instead of physical buttons. The mute switch also looks redesigned in a smaller and rounder shape, similar to capacitive buttons.

It is worth mentioning that on February 10, some netizens broke the news that Apple's subsequent Type-C charging interface will not match the existing C line, and the use of Android cable will appear "pop-up reminder and cannot be charged"

Previously, according to CCTV news reports, on October 24 last year, the European Council approved that all kinds of mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras and other electronic devices sold in the EU must use the Type-C charging interface from 2024.
