The improvement of the living environment along the railway line is related to the overall image of the city and the vital interests of the masses. The Beijing-Guangzhou Railway runs through the jurisdiction of Tianxin District, passing through Chiling Road Street, Wenyuan Street, Xinkaipu Street, Black Stone Shop Street and Datuopu Street, and the area around the railway line is mostly old building gathering areas and urban village transformation areas, and the closed traffic and environmental health conditions are general, which once restricted the improvement of the quality of life of the residents.

Up to now, the illegal demolition along the big toupu line and green covering, black stone freight station illegal demolition and other 6 projects have been fully completed construction, xiaXinshi Street, Xintian Community rear, China Railway 25 Bureau road section improvement and other 3 projects are under construction, by the end of 2021, 70% of the total amount of work has been completed, is expected to be completed by the end of June 2022.
