Summer of August 1932, Nanjing Presidential Palace.
Jiang Shi sat on the sofa in the office, and his heart could be described as restless. Two months ago, he mobilized 630,000 troops to sweep up the two revolutionary base areas of Eyuwan and Honghu. It's called "Sweep", but it's actually for an airplane!
In 1930, the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army dispatched the "Lenin" in the Battle of Huang'ancheng, dropping only two bombs, which scattered the souls of more than 10,000 Chiang Kai-shek troops. The ground troops forcibly attacked the county town that had not been able to be captured for a month, and it was actually conquered.
For Chiang, this is a great shame. He wanted to break his head and couldn't figure out where this "Lenin" had such great power.

[The Lenin and its pilot, Long Wenguang.] In the Battle of Huang'an in October 1930, he piloted the aircraft to carry out air raids on huang'an county towns, which caused great psychological shock to Chiang Kai-shek's army. 】
Just as Jiang Shi was pondering and meditating, Chen Cheng walked in. He reported to him that Zhang Guotao's troops in the Eyu-Anhui base area had been defeated by him and were retreating to southern Shaanxi and northern Sichuan, but the traces of the "Lenin" were never known. Jiang Shi immediately made a decision: Since the plane could not be captured, then arrest the pilot. Those who catch the dragon wenguang alive will reward the ocean with 100,000.
Two months later, Long Wenguang was unfortunately arrested while meeting his wife in Wuhan. Although many people interceded for him and asked Chiang to "keep the talents of China's aviation industry", the former remained unmoved and brutally executed him.
On the other hand, from July 1932, the Eyu-Anhui base area entered a difficult moment. The 600,000 Chiang Kai-shek army was like a jackal, frantically pursuing and suppressing the Red Army troops. In the marching Red Army queue, there was also a special team of several hundred people. Their task was to carry the dismantled "Lenin" over the mountains and mountains to fight guerrillas.
Because it was too bulky and too heavy to march, Xu Xiangqian, deputy commander-in-chief of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, ordered: Bury the plane on the spot and never let Jiang Jun take it away!

The Lenin eventually disappeared. It stayed on a mountain beam that almost no one knew about for 20 years. It was not until September 1951 that when Wang Shusheng led a delegation from the old southern base area of the Central People's Government to Dabie Mountain, which had been absent for 30 years, to offer condolences, under the guidance of the old Red Army, the people of the Dabie Mountain Area used hoes to dig out the rusty "Lenin" from the mountain pass. When the "aviation dream" of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army was re-presented in front of the people, many people shed tears.
Today, the only thing on display in the Hubei Provincial Museum is a piece of cloth from the Lenin. However, in order to commemorate this heroic fighter plane that "600,000 Chiang Kai-shek troops could not find through the mountains and fields", the Chinese Civil Air Force Aviation Museum copied a prototype of the "Lenin" for tourists to see.
What cannot be copied is the aviation dream of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army. 】
